Born into an artistically inclined family, Yvonne Garbutt is a local artist who has earned an Honours B. A. in Fine Art from the University of Guelph.
Her bold, colourful paintings have been exhibited the Ontario College of Art, Queen's University, University of Guelph, a variety of exhibition circuits and have been the subject of several magazine articles and television productions presentations.
She delivers her vision in bold strokes, intense colour and expressions of social and political implications.
