Creativity is natural to Jewell-Lee White; she comes from an artistically talented family. Her passion for photography and painting is inspired by nature. Viewing her vibrant artwork is like joining her on her hikes or paddles as she looks for inspiration among the shores and wind-sculpted trees along our Ontario waterways. Capturing the majesty of nature takes a predominant place in Jewell-Lee's work, either in photographs or in her paintings.
Jewell-Lee White has a keen appreciation for antiques and has put that interest to good use in business. Some of the items she designs for the Melting Pot, a local Artisan co-op, and for the Kawartha Artists' Guild Gallery are borne of her interest in antiques and illustrate her sense of humour and ingenuity.
